Two options that might work:
I have a dreamwidth journal that I use for personal stuff & updates, but the personal stuff is all friends-only, so if you add its RSS feed then you should get all my sims-related updates minus the extraneous babbling. http://robokitty.dreamwidth.org/data/rss
